Agreement to Terms

By accessing protectnextgeneration.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site provides information about Protect Next Generation's ministry and seminars, and lets you submit forms to request a seminar, contact us, submit a prayer request, or apply for a church seminar. The Site does not process payments or create user accounts; enrollment payment for homeschool conference sessions happens off-site at community.protectnextgeneration.org.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, images, video, and design — is owned by or licensed to Protect Next Generation and protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• scrape or bulk-collect content or form data from the Site;
• use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access the Site;
• interfere with the Site's operation or its forms;
• impersonate any person;
• submit false information through our forms; or
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Your Submissions

Anything you submit through our forms (a seminar request, message, or prayer request) may be used by us to respond to you and administer our ministry programs, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Links

The Site links to YouTube (video content), PayPal (donations), and community.protectnextgeneration.org (seminar enrollment and payment). These are operated by others, outside our control, and governed by their own terms. Use them at your own discretion.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is." We make no warranties about its accuracy, completeness, or availability, and are not liable for any damages arising from your use of it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Protect Next Generation and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Dispute Resolution

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute will be finally resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Orange County, California.

You and Protect Next Generation each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

No claim may be brought more than one year after it arose. This arbitration provision does not apply to intellectual-property disputes or claims for injunctive relief, which may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
